Updated guidance on Face:Face treatments at Cathedral Physiotherapy
Cathedral Physiotherapy Ltd has been following the Government and CSP/Physio First guidance on how and when to provide Face2Face consultations. At present the majority of consultations should still be offered remotely - we generally use Skype, but have used Zoom and FaceTime if required by the individual. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a consultation for remote video assessment and treatments.
Some people, following being assessed/treated remotely, you may be offered a Face2face consultation if I consider that you satisfy the guidance, and it is in your best interest. If this is to happen, please be reassured that there will be strict infection control procedures in place, and I will be wearing Apron, Gloves and Facemask. Please do not bring anyone with you to the appointment (if able), and only arrive just in time to minimise time spent in the waiting room. Please use the alcohol gel on arrival. You must not attend a face:face appointment if you have any symptoms of, or have been in contact with anyone who has symptoms of COVID-19 (ie High temperature or dry continuous cough.)
As soon as it is safe for you all to be seen in the clinic, then rest assured we will re-open fully, however even at that stage, it is likely that until the COVID Threat level is 1, that we will continue to use PPE during treatment.
We wish all the very best to everyone at this time - keep washing your hands and maintain your 2 metre distance!
